• Standard and Statutory reports

  As part of our outsourcing solution, we will supply you with a set of statutory reports on a monthly basis. This includes the EMP201 return for PAYE, UIF, and skills levy reports.
  Apart from the statutory reports, we will provide a further 5 standard reports that are commonly used in organisations to reconcile,veryify and report on payroll data on a monthly basis.

• Access to your personal employee portal

  The employee portal is a web based administration and management tool where you can manage all of your employee information in one central area. Historic payroll, IRP5, leave, disciplinary and employee master records are but a few of the services and data that you will be able to access 24/7 through the portal. This is a major focus area of our value added solution, and new services will be released continiously.

• Secure environment, data storage and backup

  We understand and realise the importance and confidentiality of your data and therefore have deployed our solution - and your data - into a world class infrastructure in a managed hosted environment. Secure backups and verification of the backups are done on a daily basis.

• Integration to all major banks and accounting systems

  We are able to interface your payroll data with your accounting system and provide uploads to your bank for salary transfers at the push of a button.

• E@syFile Submissions

  Whether your payroll is outsourced to us or not, PayStorm has a value proposition that can help you make sure of accurate submissions to SARS. We can help and assist you with the annual preparation of IRP5 and IT3 certificates, including preparation and checking of the e@syFile import file.
